By opting in to receive information from The Uncommon Man Project, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please review this document carefully before submitting your personal information.

SMS Communications


  1. This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.


  1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text 'STOP' to the shortcode. Upon sending 'STOP,' we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.


  1. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to josh@uncmp.com.


  1. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


  1. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

  • Opt-In Consent: By providing your information, you consent to receive communications from The Uncommon Man Project, including but not limited to newsletters, promotional materials, and other relevant updates.

Any subcontractors or service providers we work with to support our services, such as customer service, are required to adhere to our privacy standards and are only granted access to your information for purposes directly related to fulfilling the services they are engaged to perform.   • No Third-Party Marketing: Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for any marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.

  • No Text Messaging Originator Data Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Right to Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the messages, or by contacting our customer service team.


  • Changes to Terms and Conditions: We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If any changes are made, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
